American Legion Honor Guard of East Texas

The above images are from the Memorial Day event of 2025 at the Parkview Retirement Center.

Our Honor Guard is not Post specific. We have members that are from other American Legion Posts.

We perform at Color Guard events that require the posting and presenting of the American flag and the Texas flag.

Our Color Guard consists of two rifle men and two flags.

We perform all military events at a military funeral regardless of rank or tenure of a deceased veteran.
